Quotes
We provide a fixed written price before work starts. The quote describes the work included. If you ask for extra work, or we find something that could not reasonably be seen when quoting, we will agree any change in price with you before going ahead.
Booking and access
Please give us safe access to the property and the working area at the agreed time. Let us know about any known hazards or restrictions before we arrive.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
Warranties
New boilers carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 5–10 years depending on the system chosen, subject to the manufacturer's conditions such as annual servicing. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please tell us as early as possible. Where you book away from our premises you may have a 14-day right to cancel under consumer law.
Liability
We are fully insured. We are not liable for existing faults in systems or pipework that were not part of the agreed work, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee.
